CMS based web site development

Telecoms Service Management website requirements A full website is required with a content management admin panel / system (CMS) for me to use on an ongoing basis to add, edit/amend and delete content/pages and Web site design must be professional, intuitive, handful of colours on white background, with no flash. Please provide a few alternatives to choose from. A better (and smaller) header graphic is required incorporating telecoms related graphics and our strapline “Enabling Outstanding End-To-End Service??. A better menu structure is also required. You must copy content from existing website ([login to view URL]) to new one. Encorporate existing logo (from current site) into company name (as above). Need a header graphic to display alongside logo with site name and strapline incorporated. Search Engine optimised (SEO) pages a must. Website functionality should include (as a minimum): • Newsletter sign up • General contact form • search facility • integration to Wordpress blog • ability to add widgets easily • ability to add RSS feeds easily • banner with ability to turn on/off depending on desire for attention seeking ??" ability to scroll links to content on site within banner ??" small font and not distracting • ability to add/link to external articles, webinars, blogs etc • knowledge/books/ebook pages with pictures ??" to be able to download from and or link to 3rd party bookstore for purchasing • ability to add/change/delete title, keywords and other normal SEO header information for each page • pages must be printer friendly to fit on A4 when required • any other functionality you think might be useful (make suggestions) Migrate code onto 3rd party hosting server (details will be provided). Set up, test and leave me with a fully functioning web site. Supply full source code upon successful installation.
