Make Amazon Affilliate Website Compatable with PHP5 (Currently PHP4 Compatable)(repost)

Requirements Updating our php code to be compatible with php4 + and normal server configurations. Currently our software only runs with php4 not php5. We would like the software to work with php5. This will be done to both of our software versions, one with advertising and one without advertising. They are basically the same exact files except for a couple files that might be different because of the ads/no ads. We will provide you with ftp information to both versions of the software. Problems When Trying to install on PHP5 We have ran into a few problems with running the software on different servers especially those with only php5. Some errors that occur: During Install: “Register Globals is turned off in [login to view URL]? ….However they are actually turned on in this file. During Checkout: “Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/bookstor/public_html/[login to view URL] on line 261?? *note: We had to change the .htaccess file from “Options FollowSymLinks?? to “Options +ExecCGI?? to get past the install on our servers with cpanel.
