Smiley face feedback system Hi We want a feedback system for our customers to report how well we have performed. This is how it will work 1. ## Deliverables We are an IT company and resolve normal IT issues 2. When an issue is resolved we want to manually send an email to the customer a. We need to be able to populate 4 fields in an email via a form or whatever is easiest for you. These fields will be i. Customer name, Engineer name, ticket ID and brief resolution b. The email is sent to the customer c. I'm not sure if we do this in the email or have the user click on a link to go to a webpage - please advise d. The email will contain 3 smiley faces and the customer will select the relevant face to show their opinion (good, average and poor). There will be an optional text box for them to enter comments. The email will also have some predefined text to explain why it has been sent e. Once the customer clicks on send we capture their response and comments in a spreadsheet for downloading later f. This all needs to run on a Windows 2008 server and needs to be self contained (i.e. it will house the graphics for email and run SMTP). We can configure IIS and SMTP on the server if you need it. 3. This will be a basic first version of the product and later on we may want to include an area for customers to view their responses 4. The most important thing is that the email looks good and is functional and will need to have our website theme - 'world backups . net' 5.
