OpenCart 1.5.5.1 / vqMOD 2.3 creation - repost

I need someone that is familiar with the OpenCart e-commerce solution, and vqMOD file generation. I have a store in development that I am trying to integrate with some external software. You must be able to: - Work with OpenCart 1.5.5.1 - Generate vqMOD 2.3 XML files quickly - Send me edits to those vqMODs even quicker when asked - Read, Write, and Speak English (sorry, that is all I speak) - Work with PHP, CSS, XML manually if necessary. - Keep an accurate log of ALL of your changes. I want to be able to add new buttons to the product pages. I want to be able to put text labels on the buttons, and also add a hyperlink. I want a vqMOD because I can move it quickly to a new site without trouble. I will give more details to the person (or persons) that I choose to hire.
