Quick html from PSD

Hi Guys, I have started to develop a html (the main page is almost done) but i need someone to fix it and continue with the rest of the pages. The current page is located on [login to view URL] and the rest of the pages are in the attached zip as jpeg. I have them in layered psd files. Basically, i need to fix the main page, right now the left slider thing is not working properly. That thing should keep his weight the same when is expanded or not. Right now its moving with the slide ... you will see what i mean and implement the rest of the design on this page. Some header tweaks and small things, you will compare it with the psd file. The rest of the things are pretty easy, just a few simple popup's with fields. I need to make this fast and good. The guy that win this project will get more and more work in the close future. As programming, the html need to be div based and the table made with jquery or similar and the popup with similar lightbox effect.
