Website re-design

We have a website which is requiring to be re-designed. The site was almost completed but a different look is now required. Out of the original site we would like to keep the logo and the menus - although colour etc can be changed. But if you have a much better idea then we are open to options. What will be required is: 1) Redesign of site - all text will be provided (or space can be left). An image on the front page covering the width of the page would also be required. 2) Design a flash logo based on our existing logo. Really we only need the layout of the front page and a general layout for other pages (contact us etc pages). The site is for a company which is performing webstats analysis for its customers so the theme must be inline with this. Please include previous examples of work. All work provided will need to contain all source code so that we can edit in the future ourselves. The files for our site will only be sent to the successful bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Code must run in asp pages on a windows 2003 server using IIS.
