Hi, You are wanting a service based platform like glassdoor dot com, where any user may register and give their feedback to any existing company or can create a page for them to put feedback / comments. But to treat this as a complaint management, the complaints should come o support executive of the company. Moreover, we would liek to drop the idea of scrapping or else, SEO could not be done properly. Thus, we recommend to use APIs / Web services from mouthshut.
