API Expert wanted - convert Code Igniter project to ReactNative or NodeJS - upgrade and bug fix Custom CodeIgniter based project

Basic views handled by CI - looking for ideas on speeding it up and making views more SPA dynamic for end user (sales - so must be quick and easy to access data with views and make data updates). Application deficiencies: minimal user level access controls - need to add more access control levels for various user types tied to company type and role within company assigned to. Needs to allow per company (user company) access control assignments per user (sales, manager, billing, admin, owner) for each company to better define access rights within broad application. Multiple companies with various user types. Application allows sales persons to enter data into a quick form so that our website processes, stores locally in a db and then connects to various 3rd party api services (ftp, soap and rest) to send user credentials if they are registered on that 3rd party site - then add the available work order POST, or GET all posted orders for that user or company (if have permissions to pull), UPDATE user's own posted orders and DELETE. Currently code base is not working correctly - connections are not handled correctly for multiple users for each service. Must work well on team and be accountable for your code style and documentation. Also looking for mobile software architecture specialist for help in service engineering for mapping, tracking, message and document storage transaction app that ties in with the base web system being actively developed currently. We want to move from CI to React or Node for long term... looking for experts with security minded multi-user API credential storing and passing for updating multiple 3rd party websites (sending similar info to many websites via connectors and translators for each connected service). I need flexible devs to help fix bugs and get V1 released so we can then work on migrating to Node or React controlled views for integrating into mobile later. Lots of stuff to do - main thing is making sure our current views and user roles are fixed and all the 3rd party web service API integrations are mapped correctly, allow per-user credentials for each 3rd party and pass the correct api calls for real-time views and cache updates (promise) for faster pulling data to pass to views for our users and report all errors in simple views. I want you to also include actual code examples of API connections YOU wrote - not using tools or otherwise. If you are more of a UI person - please let me know that too. Google Maps API or Openstreets API use examples or past notes on projects you worked on using GPS and data integrations from third parties a big plus. Security minded dev is a plus. Contract hourly not the best for us - would prefer you sign NDA, look over project and help create milestones and help define tasks with an estimated time to complete with reward assigned for finishing each task/bug fix/design change BEFORE starting on them.
