Need a quick and correct implementation such as The audio files can be automatically convereted into the format google requires them to be and convert them into text, without monitoring and return the text files. Project shall be considered complete: a) once proof of seamless and automatic speech to text conversion of three audio files is done. Each of the audio files is large, lasting from 30-60 minutes of speech. b) You have produced a .doc file displaying screen shots of every step taken by you with a few lines comment at each snapshot so that this could be replicated on any other Google Cloud Service Account as need be in future. Qualified BIDs that would get any response from me would be those that : a) not only quote a price and time but also b) some reasonable comments that can help the client assess if you have understood the work and how you plan to do it. c) Mechanical desperate bids will not be responded to as the time consumed in each such mechanical bid to figure out if you have understood the work and have competence is too high for me d) If you quote more than 1 day time to do this project where entire explanation of logic flow and code is given you do not deserve this project.
