Make me a CSGO Coinflip website (like CSGOWild.com)

I need a CSGO coinflip site made for me. I want the site to look modern, and THE SITE MUST LOOK AND FUNCTION EXACTLY LIKE [login to view URL] I will not pay if I am not satisfied with the design/function. The nice thing about this site is that I only need a coinflip. I don't want jackpot, roulette, or rock-paper-scissors. Designer requirements: - Know PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS, etc - Know how to manipulate the Steam API - Know how to make/configure a steam trade bot - Have experience making a CSGO betting site in the past. Site requirements: - Be modern, and look like [login to view URL] - Have a "gem" deposit system - the site should value the items and give a user that many "gems" when they deposit their item - for reference visit [login to view URL] - Have a "store" - when users deposit their items, they should automatically go to the store so they can be purchased with gems by other users. - Have a fully functional trade bot that sends people offers when they purchase items from the store OR when they try to deposit an item. - Must have an admin panel - this admin panel should be accessible by certain steam users that I can specify - in this admin panel, the admins should be able to pick the winners of certain games, withdraw items from the store and give them to specific users (in case the trade bot fails), and also ban/unban certain users from the site. The admin panel should also have the ability to check the history of EVERY SINGLE COINFLIP, DEPOSIT, AND WITHDRAW ever done on the site. NOTE: I WILL NOT accept your proposal if you haven't done previous CSGO Betting sites before - if you apply, I want to see at least one example of your past work on a csgo betting site.
