I would like to create a webapp. - Functionalities No offline use needed. Main functionality is to add/edit/remove information about clients using a form with several types of form fields. Most of the type of the form fields are shown in the demo Ability to save images for each client and be able to see those images in a gallery style page per client. 50 images per client Expected photos resolution: Google Photos high quality (free storage) User should also have the ability to check in PDF or in a non-editable format (in a view), all the information of the client. Besides the common text, paragraph, multiple choice, checkbox and date fields, table, multiple entries, upload image (take a picture) and file upload fields are needed. Clients Directory needed (Awesome Table style). Login: users will login via Google Authentication - Required Platform or Technology Google App Engine or Google Apps Script with Firebase development preferable. - Database & Storage Expecting approximately 3000 patients. Saving the data in Google Sheets preferable. SQL needed also with possibility to export to CSV. - Design and style Material design preferable. Fully responsive. Clients Directory with Awesome Table style. - Devices Compatibility Preferable for iPad.
