Email Address Cleanup: If accounts and contacts are coming from Integration and the email address contains '.invalid' as the postfix, the system will automatically remove the '.invalid' part and store the cleaned email address in Salesforce. Email Address Masking: After each sandbox refreshes, the system will automatically mask the postfix of all account and contact email addresses with '.invalid'. Email Field Requirement for Internal Sales Reps: The proposal suggests making the Email field required for internal sales reps when creating or updating contacts. This requirement will ensure that internal sales reps capture the email address for each contact, promoting effective communication and streamlining sales processes. Populating Blank Email Addresses: As a one-time task, the system will populate the email fields of existing contacts with the email address of the contact owner in cases where the email address is currently blank.
