Build a Tray Hidden Application for Windows

Here are some functionalities the application must have: - Provide a unique machine id for each computer. - Read a file "[login to view URL]" and get part of the contents (customer_a_0_0_1 -> a001) - Connect to a websocket server made in java, send and receive requests from it - Be minimized to tray always and provide a status message (eg. Connected) - Execute a side console app, without showing the console ([login to view URL]) I want someone able to start working right away, I have all the availability to answer all questions and get things moving as fast as possible.
