We purchased a new machine from China for a solid block(constructional material) making machine. This automatic machine gets locked every 15 days and we need to contact the China office every time this happens for a code. This is affecting the production, since they take a few days to respond. We need someone who can look into the machine's software and disable this self locking system.

Hi, before I decide, I need some more details: what exactly gets locked, is it a software *for a PC* that manages the machine? If not, is there an access to machine's software, so I could hack it?
