HTML5 Chat Engine in Node.JS

The goal is to build an HTML5 Instant Messaging Front-End. API available to download separately through instructions included on attached PDF. The purpose of this project is to build a Node.JS+HTML5+AJAX front-end to our client. The entire job description is included in the attached PDF. We are developing a messaging platform with a variety of client (end-user) applications. We have already developed the server and API internally. The goal of this project is to write a Node.JS application + AJAX + HTML5 end-user application for this platform. In addition to the server and API, we will provide a Node.JS library. The library providers two-way messaging with our API server. The library and its documentation will be provided to the successful bidder (not before). A summary of functions and parameters are described at the end of the attached document. While the API server will communicate with your application (via our provided library) using JSON over HTTP POST, your application will not be directly handling or interpreting the JSON messages.
