Modifying Default Windows Logon Behaviour

We need to add additional authentication factors to the Windows logon screen. So that objective here is that when the user provides his username and password to logon to Windows, the default gina file is customized that if the username and password are valid, then rather than logging the user on to the Windows, he is redirected to another dll file that presents him with the options of the authentication factors. Based upon the selected authentication factor, Windows would call our software to validate the authentication factor. Once validated, the user would then be logged on to Windows. Our application will be call through JavaScript. Urgent execution and delivery required.
