I understand that it is imperative that this document must be translated by a Spanish native speaker. I have translated books related to dynamic positioning of about 400 pages. I do not use any translator to do it. I write in formal English and Spanish, being extremely careful in punctuation and orthography. I am not working at the moment, so time is not a problem for me.
