I can do this within 2 hours, spend the first hour to skimm through the document, another to communicate with you to explain. I m in Tokyo so I cannot meet you in person unless one of us travel, but we can talk over skype. I hope I understood correctly, but you just want the summation of 150 pages, not the whole translation... It would be better if you let me know what the content is about beforehand.
