Hello. I am a French translator, and I am interested in your project. I do translations on a regular basis: articles, thesis, books, user manuals, etc... I work manually, no google or software. I am French, but have been living in South Africa for a while, hence the little South African flag on my profile. I see that there is a total of 5650 words. Your budget is a bit high for this, unless it is highly technical and very specialised. The rate on Freelancer for projects under 10 000 words is EUR 0.02 per word + freelancer commission (10%). I quoted EUR 250 because the system does not allow us to bid lower than the minimum budget. Regarding the job itself, I would like to see the document first, as you mention that the pdf needs to be as per the original. I have no problem with that, I have translated many brochures like this and use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. However, sometimes the original pdf contains images in a format that I cannot edit, so I have to "make a plan" and insert them. This work takes time.
