Do research on baby names in France for me

IMPORTANT: Please read the whole description BEFORE bidding, because I need some information from you in your bid. The job consists of two parts: finding the source and extracting the data. I need a database with the baby names and number of births in France. The result should be an Excel/CSV file that has 4 columns: the name, the number of births, the year and the gender. So one row says how many boys or girls were born with a specific name in a specific year. The data needs to have the number of births and it needs to be accurate. I need to know the source so I can verify this and need to know that the data can be used for commercial purpose. Most countries have an institution that manages and updates this data, but I don't know who does it in France. I prefer an official institution or government entity, but it can also be a website that uses data from an official entity or the government. The database needs to be accurate and complete. So no top 500 or something like that. Depending on the source, you can go back a number of years. For example 2000 to 2013. I need the database to be complete, so you should include all the years that the source has. The more years, the better. Please tell me in your bid which source you want to use and what your price is. Also tell me how many years this source goes back in time. I will ignore your bid if you don't include the information.
