560485 Website touch up / video player / translation / Wordpress

Hello, My website was put online by a local supplier but their fees are high and some touch ups now needs to be done. [login to view URL] The site was done with Modulo Wordpress Theme (responsive) and translation was made with qTranslate. Some part of the translation are not well supported. Like the video that is in french in both language (french and english). I have that source video in both language. WHAT I NEED NOW : Fix 1 1. Change the Vimeo player by a player hosted on the server. 2. The player has to be able to work on both Desktop and iPhone. 3. The video has to be able to be autoplay when you come on the page and have very minimal buttons and skinning. 4. Is has to be integrated tot he site layout identically as it is now. Fix 2 1. The menu when in smaller resolution (responsive mobile and tablet) is a drop down that shows : "Go to..." has the first element. This needs to be changed for "Menu". 2. The font in that drop down has to be 1-2pts bigger on iPhone. This is it, hope I can find someone to do this during the weekend. Will not hire first-timers for this job. Many thanks.
