Hello, I have good experience in creating Windows installers using Inno Setup IDE. Your task a bit specific and need to investigate if using standart installer IDE can be good solution to start Chrome browser in incognito mode and control process if need. It seems it is possible to run Chrome browser using "--incognito" flag, but need to test if it will work correct. I can investigate this more if you are interested. Another option is to use Qt 5.7 IDE and build own browser using Chromium web engine. Qt 5.7 web engine is based on the Chromium project.
