I’d like a downloadable app that I can run in the background with my microphone when using something like zoom. I’d like to include a dashboard to include real time data capture and voice decibel. I am okay with utilizing open source tools as maybe required. Time is of the essence and I am looking for a two fold approach. First a proof of concept. After testing then transition to a more commercial friendly model for my continued use. I look forward to questions and timelines.

Hi sir, Nice to meet you. Very glad to have a chance to see your project. very interesting and very useful app if release to world. of course there are several application with similar running, but I think current idea is really nice. Here the key-point is the real-time voice capture(capturing the exact certain devices needs driver like v-mic), tokenizing and feeding per syllable or word. other voice-to-text functionalities, we can use open source and can improve its correctness, commercial friendly. I am SW developer with experience of 15 years, mainly Sound/Video processing, SW architecture, Windows/Linux/MacOS application. I think I could be one of the most suitable coder for your project. I think I can hand out the proof of concept for main workings in roughly 1 month enough, of course, we need further talks for the commercialization.
