HTML/CSS carve from INDD file for Joomla template - emergency carve

I need an someone to start work immediately on an HTML/CSS carve from Indesign file. Carve will be used for a Joomla template. Carve must use only CSS for layout (no tables). I need someone to begin work within a few hours (of 14/6/11 11:30 gmt +10) and work until it is complete. This job needs to be turned around within 12-18 hours. You will need to work in real-time with me via IM. There will also be extra work available for someone with Joomla/K2 and simple Javascript skills.
