As frictional contact to be used for your project in the analysis it becomes nonlinear. It is interesting project to work. Hi, My name is Aaron, ia am an aeronautical engineer from Mexico, i have more than 8 years of experience with Ansys. So i was not able to open your workbench file since its not complete, it is missing the folder with all the required files, but i have seen the pictures you provided and found it interesting. In order to correlate there are many things you need to take into account before doing the simulation, you must have the right material properties and every contact and fixed geometry should simulate what is happening in real life, for contacts you must know friction coefficient, and i what directions they are restricted and in which not. Meshing has also needs to be very refined at the analyzed locations to reduce errors. I have correlate in the past to aircraft engine turbine blades so i have an idea on what needs to be done.
