Hello, The app only has to have 1 function: to record while flash is blinking (like a strobe light). It's like those apps that make the flash blink really quickly (eg. stromboscope on AppStore). The only difference is that this app has to be able to record while flashing. !!Currently the lowest bid is $70!! I'm a broke student, so i can't afford to pay a high salary, but I feel like the app should be somewhat simple to code for someone with programming-skills.
