We have a template that we want to improve. 2 categories: 1. Managers doing overtime (regular / night / weekend) and being oncall. 2. 24h shifts: complement to the salary based on night / weekend hours we should be able to calculate monthly the amount to be added to the fixed salary attached template (with complicated formulas and errors)
