Not sure what caused the error "see attached", but when I google the error, it seems most people it when flashing ROMs to their phone. In my case I was just charging it. I will say I was charging it from a Mac mini I have. The reason my phone was encrypted was, because of Okta Mobile, an app which allows me to view Work Email on my phone. Obviously I cannot send my phone, but would like help over Skype/Hangouts/IM to help me flash ROM or do whatever is necessary to reset my phone and get it working again.

I'm a brand new Rails developer in a terrible position. We just purchased Okta SSO, and I need to start building apps using their SAML capabilities. What I'd like is a sort of empty, template app that uses Devise and the devise_saml_authenticatable gem to authenticate users. Ideally, it would also deal with group information in some way, but that's negotiable. Currently, I'm stuck at the point where Rails attempts to create a user in the Devise model based on information from Okta. A completed task would either be a Rails app ready to have the SSO urls and certificates plugged in, or a step-by-step of commands and edits necessary to reach that point.
