I'm in need of a skilled architect or structural engineer to create a detailed pole barn design for my new garage. This will be a 30' deep by 40' wide structure with 3 overhead doors. It will be attached to my house. Per local building code I can do so as long as I use pre-cast perma columns into the ground. I want a 5/12 pitch on the roof. 10' walls, there will be steel on the roof with perlings. It will be sided so will be putting plywood or zip system on the exterior.
