I host a few simple websites on a VPS on Plesk. Some of them haven't been updated in a while and were getting flags from browsers. I recently installed an SSL and that seems to work. Before they move over to G Suite though, they want to back up all emails on their Hostgator cPanel server. I tried to backup their emails using the email they client of their choice (roundcube), but was unable to. I then found articles telling me to use "Horde" instead so I switched the email to Horde instead of Roundcube, but the issue is that all emails do not show up on horde - only a few do?
