Install rectorphp/rector package & process (with config attached) to convert routes, annotations to attributes, etc to Symfony 7 format. 2. Update composer with v7 symfony packages, & resolve any other dependencies 3. Basic testing to ensure console works, and nothing stands out as being broken 4.
